The purple theme that I made for this site now reads an "image" meta value from the blog markdown files' metadata fields and puts that image on the cards (which are in columns of three now, woot) or just a generic one on the cards if there isn't an image file defined.

It doesn't do any clever scaling though, that might be interesting to build, but perhaps a bit complex for this super simple framework.

I should add RSS support at least in case anyone would be interested in reading these things...

In other super minor news, the other "wing" on the clasp on my bag broke the other day (pictured). I contacted the super nice guy on etsy who made the bag for me (custom for my bike rack, woot) to see if he'd sell me some new ones—from experience I knew that these clasps aren't standardized and you can't just pick up another and think it'd fit—since the stitching on the female side looked pretty tough to re-do.

Lo and behold he promised to just send me a few spares, so kudos to TimTas!
